🌐 Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as you'll interact with diverse patients and assist our Chinese-speaking patients.

📅 Duration: Approximately 13-14 months (Maternity Leave Cover)

⏰ Full-Time: Office Working Hours

🦷 Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service

• Handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records

• Assisting in various administrative tasks

• Supporting dental team as a floater when needed

✨ Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus but not necessary

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
